Returns and Exchanges
Ripsters Halloween Shop thrives to ensure all orders received on-line are shipped same day. Ripsters inspects and ensures all orders sent to our customers are checked and triple checked for accuracy and free from defects or missing accessories before leaving the shop. However, should a shipment contain any errors, Ripsters will be happy to correct such error, at no charge to the customer.
Should your costume not fit, Ripsters will be happy to exchange your costume for another size. Request for exchange will be at the customers expense and must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. All exchange requests must be accompanied by a return authorization from Ripsters or the package will not be processed for exchange. The item being exchanged must not have been worn, used or altered and must be in its original packaging. Any item that has been worn, used or altered and not returned in its original packaging will not be processed for exchange. Once we receive the costume and inspect it we will process the exchange in a timely fashion. Should there be any missing items or without original packaging the exchange process will not occur.
Ripsters will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
For hygienic reasons, Ripsters cannot accept exchanges or returns on makeup, masks, hats, wigs, beards, moustaches, eyelashes, undergarments (such as but not limited to; stockings, thigh highs, tights, etc.).
